In order to source the correct item and prevent any ambiguity, please provide us with a direct link to the required item(s). Kindly also grant us permission to procure and supply the most fitting product(s) for the requested item(s), including potential alternatives.

As these products are not typically stocked and are sourced specifically for you, there may be delays involved.

To expedite the supply of all items, we adhere to strict procedures:

• Products will be dispatched promptly upon availability
• This may result in multiple deliveries
• This may involve deliveries directly from our suppliers

Please allow at least five business working days for the dispatch of your special item(s). These items are subject to availability, and we will make every effort to promptly communicate any delays. Please be aware that our ability to provide updates also depends on communication from our suppliers.

We are happy to provide quotes when required. Quotes are only valid for seven days from date of quote.

Given the unique nature of non-stock items and specially sourced product(s), we have a strict no cancellations and no returns policy.
