Shipping policy

 

We deliver products using a number of local freight operators. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. All stocked items are dispatched within 2 - 4 business days excluding day of purchase. Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as we receive the items from our supplier plus shipping. If you have an urgent requirement for backordered stock, please email the Customer Service team on hello@mobilityexp.com.au for updated information.

Shipping times are estimated at between 2 - 3 days for metro regions and 5 - 7 business days for regional areas. Western Australia Metro & Regional may take longer than 7 days due to transit times. Although Mobility EXP will make every effort to adhere to an agreed time for delivery, it accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from any delay however caused.

All delivery charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Any delivery times advised are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For bulky or palletised deliveries, unless you have a forklift or loading dock on site, tailgate fees will apply.

The customer/recipient agrees to provide unrestricted, safe and easily accessible access and parking for the courier to the premises. If there is no one available to accept delivery, or if there is limited access, or if there is any other reason delivery cannot take place you may be required to pay additional re-delivery fees.

Once delivered, the customer must inspect the goods and ensure the delivery matches your order. You must let us know about any other damaged, missing or incorrect goods within 48 hours.

Due to WH&S laws, delivery is to the ground floor only. The courier will not deliver upstairs.
